Exceptionally comfortable cheap hotel with neat rooms. The rooms with a very comfy bed. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Amazingly nice and welcoming staff, favourable location right by food outlets and supermarket, Lilydale and the shops. Also, close to convenient stores.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. This great budget hotel offers plenty of large rooms. - the setting is good and magnificent, it's right by food outlets and supermarket, Yarra Valley, and several hotels/restaurants. - A special thanks to super friendly and accommodating staff.
